An email address is required to provide contact details. The postcode is also necessary so that we can use it to find the closest clinic for you. The title and the name are given voluntarily. We will never pass on the data you provide without your consent. The legal basis for processing the data is our legitimate interest in answering your request in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR and, if applicable, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR, if your request aims to conclude a contract. Use of Matomo
This website uses the web analysis service Matomo (www.matomo.org), a service from the provider InnoCraft Ltd., 150 Willis St, 6011 Wellington, New Zealand, (“Matomo”) to collect and store data based on your consent to the statistical analysis of user behavior for optimization and marketing purposes in accordance with Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a GDPR.

We also use external service providers to process our services, which we have carefully selected and commissioned in writing. They are bound by our instructions and are regularly checked by us. With which, if necessary, we have contract processing contracts in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. These are service providers for web hosting, sending e-mails, and maintaining our IT systems, etc. The service providers will not pass this data on to third parties.
